A visit to the Ravensbrück war memorial takes you back to 1939 the site of one of Germany's largest women's and children's concentration camps. Potsdam known as the Versailles of Germany and is the ancient residence of the Kings of Prussia. The fabulous Chateaux or Frederick II sits in this town in the midst of the superb and elaborate 'Sans Souci' gardens.
